The firm supplies a huge amount of machinery; from garden mowers and chain saws to combine harvesters and construction excavators. Our philosophy is simple: To supply the best products and then to support them with the service facilities and expertise to keep them running perfectly.Position Summary:Reporting directly to the Service Manager, your role will be to repair and maintain agricultural (but not limited to) equipment that is sold by the Company's sales departments within its designated area.Essential Skills/Experience: Proven experience within the agricultural and/or horticultural industry would be advantageous Ability to diagnose faults and successfully carry out repairs which may be chargeable or warrantable Complete in full the job cards relating to work undertaken including machine detail, time and mileage and any accompanying documentation Liaise with customers and suppliers as required Has the ability to work alone using your own initiative and as part of a team Ability to adhere to health and safety practice and procedures at all times Maintain a good general level of health and fitness Self-motivated Good general appearance Competent in the use of computers Excellent customer service skills as this is a customer facing role Valid driving licence with no more than 3 pointsBenefits32 days annual leave including bank holidays, Company Sick Pay Scheme, Workplace Pension, Employee Referral Bonus Scheme, Benefits Hub, Winter Flu Jab Service, Car Tyre Discount, Staff Discount in Country Stores and Life Assurance Cover (2 x salary)Please Submit CV's to
