AI Interim Recruitment Manager - New Build

NB: This position is 90% remote. However you will need to be located within 2 hours of London. International applications cannot be accepted.

AI Recruitment Director - Interim Market (You must be an expert in Artificial Intelligence Recruitment)

My client as a result of client demand are keen to expand their Interim market. Firstly by taking on someone who is an expert in AI recruitment. From here they are keen to expand other Interim markets that suit Saas clients. You could join as an AI expert and stick to your standalone market or you could build an Interim division around you depending on what suits you best. Clients need someone knowledgeable about AI to talk to them at a senior level and suggest projects/ AI individuals who could consult or start on live projects. A lot of the clients want to do more AI but don't have the inhouse capability so they want someone who can network people with each other to kick start AI projects within their client base. This is a cool and exciting role with access to some very good clients.

The role:

• Hiring Interim senior and exec levels in the AI market on retained search methodology for International Saas businesses
• Full search process, from role briefing and initial client calls, to research side, and finding the right candidates, to managing the full process from inception to offer stage.
• You will be working independently on the entire search process to support clients.
• You will be working on 2-3 searches at any one time managing the full process
• You will establish search deliverables and agree role criteria with the client.
• You will ensure all client documentation is delivered to a high standard including Engagement letters, Statement of Works, Search reports, Candidate reports etc.
• You will establish long term relationships with candidates and have a commercial mindset to switch candidates over time to being clients for the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Ideally you will likely have 8 plus years recruitment experience and have more than 5 years Interim Recruitment experience
• You can come from a retained search or a Contingent background, but you must be an expert in AI
• If you have Saas market experience this will be a bonus but not essential
• You will be good at working on your own initiative and motivating yourself.
• You will enjoy working remote but also having a strong team work focus.

Please note: If you come from a Talent Acquisition background sadly they wont be able to look at you. They also wont look at you if you come from a pure delivery background without client 360 experience as this is a key part of the role to build a division.
