Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking to take the next step in your career, joining for a well-established company who will provide Full training into Management and further progression to director level?
On offer is this highly autonomous role which offers the chance to step up into a management role, grow a team of engineers and put your own stamp on the department.
This specialist company provide heating and gas services to a wide range of customers. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer to take the technical lead and develop a team of individuals.
You will be responsible for training and building a team of engineers, as well as planning and quoting jobs and contractors whilst receiving full management training.
This role would suit an Engineer with Air Conditioning experience, looking to step up into a management role for a well-established business who are rapidly expanding.
The Role:

• Installation, service, maintenance of a wide range of Air Conditioning systems.
• Full management training.
• Training a team of engineers

The Person:

• F-Gas Qualification
• Experienced in VRV/VRF systems.
• Full UK driving licence
