Air Conditioning Engineer – West London

The Basics:

• Working around the West London area, covering North West and South West
• Carrying out Planned and Reactive Maintenance/Repairs within Commercial & High End Residential Sector
• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm (With occasional overtime available)
• Salary  c£45,000 Per Annum + Company Van/Fuel Card
• Call Out – 1 in 5/6 weeks + Standby Pay

Air Conditioning Engineer Duties & Responsibilities

• Working on a mobile basis throughout the West London area and surrounding counties, west of London
• Attending site to carry out servicing and planned preventative maintenance on all Air Conditioning systems within commercial properties 
• Responding to more reactive calls and carrying out repairs to Air Conditioning systems
• Air Conditioning Equipment will include: VRV and VRF’s, AHU Servicing, Split and Multi Split systems. Mostly Servicing and Repairs
• Good knowledge of Building Services M&E and HVAC (AHU’s etc)
• Working to Health & Safety guidelines and carrying out RAMS where required
• Liaising with Helpdesk and signing off complete jobs
• Updating logbooks
• Working with clients on site to provide customer service

Air Conditioning Engineer Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years post qualified experience within Commercial Air Conditioning/HVAC
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration – City & Guilds or Similar
• Full UK Drivers Licence
• IPAF/PASMA Beneficial

• c£45,000 Per Annum DOE
