SalaryOur client who are an established Hertfordshire based Air conditioning & Ventilation company with a rapidly expanding Service & Maintenance department. They are looking to bring an experienced Air Conditioning engineer with 5-7 years plus knowledge of Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance to join the team. The ideal Engineer will be based within 30 miles of company's office which is stone's throw from Hatfield.
The Engineer will be working across London and Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties carrying out PPM, Service and all reactive work on split/Multi split, VRV/VRF, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units and chiller. Reactive work will include a call out rota 1-5 with additional standby payment.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be working across all major commercial sectors such as Data Centres, University's Hospital's, MOD, Industrial Process Manufacturing, Blue Chip Company HQ, Multi-Tenant Landlord Owned Buildings, Small Private Businesses, Schools, Supermarket & Retail
Air Conditioning EngineerPosition Overview
- Diagnosing & resolving service and breakdown calls for varying Commercial & Domestic client sites across London and the Home Counties.
- Completing planned Maintenance & Service Works on split, multi-split, VRV, VRF and AHU systems at the varying sites.
Air Conditioning EngineerPosition Requirements
- 5-7 years + AC, AHU & Ventilation PPM & Fault-Finding experience
- F-Gas
- NVQ level or equivalent is desirable
- Clean Full Driving Licence
Air Conditioning EngineerPosition Remuneration
- £40-47k Circa Per annum Depending on experience
- 40-hour week 8-5 with hour lunch
- Overtime 1.5x and 2x
- Door to Door travel pay
- Call out rota 1 in 5
- Company Van with personal use
- 20 days holiday plus Bank
