We're currently recruiting a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Completing PPMs and remedial works including producing job reports and job closure.
- Managing SLA on jobs to ensure they are closed down correctly and on time.
- Reporting on any operational incidents impacting building functionality.
- Working closely with the wider FM team on site.
Our ideal Air Conditioning Engineer will:
- An enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a drive & passion for delivering high quality work.
- Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer is essential with FGAS.
- Sound technical understanding of M&E systems including PPM, Reactive Maintenance and Fault Rectification.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Good IT skills, knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in working as part of a team whilst having the ability to work independently.
- Forward thinking with ability to spot potential improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and client on site.
