Duties:
- Static role in a large commercial building in Bridgend
- Planned maintenance and breakdown repair of commercial Air Conditioning
- Straightforward maintenance duties i.e very simple electrical work and very basic plumbing repair
- Bridgend - South Wales
All applicants must have the following:
- Very good experience in maintenance and repair of commercial Air Conditioning equipment
- F-GAS Qualification
- Willingness to carry out general building maintenance work such as wiring a plug, changing light bulbs, swapping out taps and faucets, changing a lock or window latch etc
- Bridgend
£38,000 - £40,000 pa plus 33 days holiday, company pension, £100 per week standby payment and enrolment in a superb company discount scheme
