About the Role:
Our client is seeing an experienced Service Maintenance Engineer,The successful candidate will be responsible for various HVAC maintenance projects, including VRF/VRV, CRAC, Split, and DX systems. You will handle projects in diverse environments such as office fitouts, retail spaces, hospitality venues, educational institutions, and government facilities. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and fault finding
- Component replacement
- Maintenance and commissioning of various Air Conditioning systems such as VRVs, VRFs, splits, ASHPs, and multi-splits, as well as AHUs
- Working across London and surrounding counties on both commercial and domestic sites
- Providing excellent customer service on-site and upholding the company's image
- Completing site reports and commissioning documents within specified time frames
- Completing F-Gas records, waste transfer notes, and tracking all refrigerant using Job Logic software
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning systems
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in using job monitoring software for maintenance tracking and scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills for interaction with team members, clients, and other departments
- Customer service-oriented mindset
