Air Conidtioning Project & Sales Manager

Air Conditioning Project & Sales Manager required for our client who are a successful HVAC Contractor based in the West Midlands. The client specialises in the design, installation and service of HVAC equipment and are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their successful and expanding team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing Air Conditioning & Ventilation projects on a National basis, this Project Manager will be responsible for managing PAYE Engineers & additional sub-contractors. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects on a national basis with values between 20-50k.

Additionally, they will be responsible for developing new leads which come across from the sales team. These will be HVAC projects between the values of 20-50k. This is a small part of the job to support sales division.

This position will also be suitable for a Senior/Supervisor Installer looking for progression into Project Management.

Air Conidtioning Project & Sales manager Position Overview

As Project Manager you will be running 2-3 Project on National remit with values between 20-50k. You will also be supporting the sales team with developing warm sales leads for project work.

You will be working on a hybrid remit with home working, travel to office and site visits.

Air Conidtioning Project & Sales manager Position Requirements

• Ability to co-ordinate & manager projects on site including engineers, apprentices & subcontractors.
• Live within a commutable distance Birmingham
• Hybrid working with site visits.
• Flexible to travel throughout the U.K.
• Full UK Driving Licence

Air Conidtioning Project & Sales manager Position Remuneration

• Basic Salary £40,000-£47,000 DOE
• Company Vehicle/allowance & Fuel Card provided
• 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with service
• Overtime paid 1.5 & 2x
