Air Traffic Engineer

Copello are working with an Air Traffic Control Services business in the recruitment for an Air Traffic Engineer to be based at Liverpool.

The Air Traffic Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, modifying and ensuring the safe operation of communications and navigational services for both aircraft in flight and grounded. Implementing Safety, Quality and Security Management systems where applicable and in line with company standards.

Experience in working on Ground/ Air Communication systems, Navaids, Primary and Secondary surveillance radars and computer based information systems is essential, as well as having ATSEP basic level training (or similar).

Reporting into the Senior ATE, the successful Engineer will be working as a part of a small team, as well as supervising any sub-contractors or visitors where required.

Previous RAF/Military or relevant Civil Aviation experience, in a similar position would be highly advantageous.
