Job Title:Aircraft Component Technician
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday days.
Salary: £25-35,000
Location: London Heathrow, UK
We are currently looking for an Aircraft Component Technician to join a world leading aerospace company based near London Heathrow, UK.
You will be responsible for:

• Maintenance of components in accordance with the relative OMM/CMM and standard working procedures
• Completing clear workshop records
• Working as part of a team
• Identifying issues arising from maintenance regime and provide solutions for issue resolution
• Completion of shift handover
• Carrying out AOG roster duties
• Scrapping components and prepare for recycling as required
• Resolving warranty claims
• Releasing EASA/CAA form 1 certificate
• Assisting quality manager in the completion of internal and external audits
• Carrying out other duties as director by manager or shift supervisor
• Keeping working areas tidy

You will need to have:

• BTEC diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or electromechanical)
• Worked within a part 145 organisation before or using CMM booklets
• Experience in working on Aircraft component maintenance
