Morson Talent are currently recruiting for Airframe/Engine Fitters for a rolling contract based in Cambridge.

A variety of shifts are available, all attracting a shift uplift. (please note, these are subject to availability)

Mon-Thur days

4x4 day shift (limited availability)

Mon- Thur Night shift (limited availaility)

What are we looking for
To carry out maintenance, modifications and repairs to aircraft structure & mechanical systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation.
Actively support, promote and contribute to continuous improvement ideas and activity to ensure that progressive gains in efficiency are maintained.
Qualifications
Completion of a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or a relevant higher education qualification
Experience of Engineering within a maintenance environment
The ability to work individually as well as within a team across all functions on site, demonstrating a pro active and flexible attitude and supporting business targets and Company goals
You must have an eye for _Continuous Improvement”
Attention to detail and be self-motivated
Enthusiastic attitude, coupled with good teamwork & communication skills
GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics and English
Good knowledge of H & S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
Structural repairs experience preferable
Electrical Qualification advantageous but not essential.

Will need to provide HF, EWIS and FTS certs if offered.
