Do you want to join our fast paced Lettings team?
Our Allocations & Lettings Advisor role helps ensure our properties are let and we make the best use of our housing stock
On the Job you will:
- Be responsible for assessing applications for housing
- Liaise with applicants in relation to their housing application
- Undertake viewings and sign ups with new tenants to ensure the best use of our housing stock
- Be responsible for the letting of temporary accommodation
- Work closely with internal teams such as Voids and Development teams, as well as external organisations such as Bucks Council
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with a diverse range of people and who understands the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to all our customers.
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
- excellent customer service skill
- good communication skills both verbal and written·
- attention to detail·
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise·
- the ability to work as part of a team,·
- practical problem solving skills·
- computer skills (MS Office)
- experience in Lettings would be an advantage
