Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the individual needs of students with ALN.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and progress.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals involved in the students' education.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with ALN in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of different ALN conditions and strategies to support students' learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students with ALN.
