Alternative Provision Lead

A mainstream Secondary School near Swindon are seeking an Alternative Provision Lead to join their existing pastoral team.

They are looking for a motivated individual experienced in inclusive education and intervention for students with SEMH and behavioural needs, many of whom face exclusion.

This role is ideal for professionals from various backgrounds, such as Youth Work, SEN, Teaching, Inclusion or Behaviour. While QTS is desirable, it's not essential.
