Our setting is an Alternative Provision for primary aged pupils, so you'll need experience with EBD, SEMH, Challenging behaviour, and other related challenges.
Our school is small, with only 5-10 pupils per class, teaching 4 classes daily. This means you'll have a unique opportunity to build close relationships with your students and truly make a difference in their lives. Our hours are usual 8:30am-3:30pm with minimal planning and marking required, so you'll have the time and energy to focus on what you do best - teaching.
If you're passionate about helping students with SEN to achieve their full potential and are committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you. Apply today to join our team and make a difference in the lives of our students.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs, particularly those with EBD, SEMH, and challenging behaviour
