Our new Pathways centre is our internal Alternative Provision catering to learners with SEMH needs. We will be delivering a core curriculum to both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, including English, Maths, Humanities and creative subjects. We also deliver interventions and relevant group sessions as well as personalised one to one work to ensure we are meeting the needs of our students. Our purpose is to prepare our students for their Post 16 destinations and for their life beyond education.

We are seeking to appoint a passionate professional with high ambitions for our students. The successful candidate will share our commitment towards constantly improving our provision and supporting the delivery of high-quality learning, together with social, emotional and mental health support.

We are looking for someone who:

• To support in the management and staffing of the Student Support and Pathways provision and spaces
• To support with the re-integration of students from external Alternative Provision, on return to the Pathways provision, liaising with appropriate staff internally and externally to support and plan for the success of this
• To develop comprehensive schemes of work which include a range of teaching and learning styles providing a rich experience for students, and to incorporate a variety of assessment methods at key points to enable accurate judgements on student progress
