Alumni and Supporter Experience Assistant

LSE is committed to building a diverse, equitable and truly inclusive university This is a fixed term appointment until December 2024 covering a secondment The Alumni and Supporter Experience team sits within the Alumni and Supporter Engagement function. The Alumni and Supporter Experience Assistant will act as the actual and virtual front door to Philanthropy and Global Engagement and will deliver an exceptional Alumni and Supporter Experience for LSE’s global community. As the welcome host at the Alumni Centre, the Alumni and Supporter Experience Assistant will deliver a concierge level of service to all visitors as well as being the first point of contact for alumni, supporters’, and friends via multiple communication channels to support our community, the School and our Campaign, whilst ensuring accurate data recording. The Alumni and Supporter Experience Assistant will support with Alumni Centre activity including the day-to-day operation, events, communications, digital platforms, and the delivery of our annual programming to achieve team objectives. Candidates should have experience of providing an exceptional level of customer service with excellent communication skills, enquiry management experience via multiple channels and experience of using a database with a high level of accuracy, as well as an interest in Philanthropy. This is campus-based role and located within the Alumni Centre. The nature of the role means that flexibility will be required to support with events and activities.
