- Analyse Amazon sales data to identify trends and forecast the stock profile and quantities. To improve availability
- Create and monitor sales trackers to identify products where demand trends have changed.
- Manage product issues. Ensuring customers expectations are being met.
- Review trends and take corrective actions where necessary. Ensuring the correct products are available.
- Monitor sales of dropship to support customer demand.
- Root cause Analysis of shortage claims to reduce shortage deductions and implement remedial actions, as/where required.
- Dispute shortages claimed monthly enforcing the correct process as per customers’ requirements.
- Deep dive overall shortages quarterly and annually so these can be submitted for customer’s review.
- Investigating product defects and taking corrective action so the customer is able to receipt goods correctly.
- Promote continuous improvement of the Amazon account to improve efficiency.
- Analysing forward orders on a weekly basis and creating reports advising buyers of necessary actions required, to guarantee customers fulfilment rates are being achieved.
- Report on operational performance so any issues that arise are addressed to reduce further charges.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are commensurate with the role and within your capability, as and when required to ensure the company continues to operate efficiently.
- Computer literate with Excel skills is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills
- Work well on own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Vendor Central would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
