About the Role:
To coordinate the analysis of data, to support sales, stock management, customer requirements and deliver reports and evaluate performance to stakeholders.
Supporting with day-to-day tasks within the Amazon department, including problem solving and investigating.
  • Analyse Amazon sales data to identify trends and forecast the stock profile and quantities. To improve availability
  • Create and monitor sales trackers to identify products where demand trends have changed.
  • Manage product issues. Ensuring customers expectations are being met.
  • Review trends and take corrective actions where necessary. Ensuring the correct products are available.
  • Monitor sales of dropship to support customer demand.
  • Root cause Analysis of shortage claims to reduce shortage deductions and implement remedial actions, as/where required.
  • Dispute shortages claimed monthly enforcing the correct process as per customers’ requirements.
  • Deep dive overall shortages quarterly and annually so these can be submitted for customer’s review.
  • Investigating product defects and taking corrective action so the customer is able to receipt goods correctly.
  • Promote continuous improvement of the Amazon account to improve efficiency.
  • Analysing forward orders on a weekly basis and creating reports advising buyers of necessary actions required, to guarantee customers fulfilment rates are being achieved.
  • Report on operational performance so any issues that arise are addressed to reduce further charges.
  • Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that are commensurate with the role and within your capability, as and when required to ensure the company continues to operate efficiently.
What are we looking for?
  • Computer literate with Excel skills is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Work well on own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Vendor Central would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
