As an AML Advisory Analyst, you’ll assist with providing Financial Crime Risk advice across Line 1 and central functions. You’ll be working to ensure the Anti-Money Laundering Advisory team are providing the best guidance and advice possible. You will also support the control model to effectively manage Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing risk to the RFB across customers and third parties.

Assisting the AML Advisory managers in providing advice and guidance on how best to implement FC policy requirements
Being a key support to AML Risk Managers for AML related queries and activities
Assisting with policy gap analysis
Supporting with the agreement of policy dispensations and communicating these to the Governance team
Assisting with the dissemination of information provided from AML Policy and FIU teams to impact assess and support implementation
Supporting the documentation of input and advice on Risk and Impact Assessment of new regulation or business initiatives and drive implementation required
What you’ll bring.
Understanding of business, policy, and regulatory requirements
Experience of working collaboratively in a high performing team
It would also be nice for you to have.
Previous experience of providing advice and guidance within a banking environment
Working knowledge of the UK’s legislative and regulatory framework for FC (Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption)
Track record of developing/managing relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to review critical information and to advise on the correct decision
