Analyst

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus

Location: Miami, FL

My client specializes in providing tailored resort and hotel services, ecotourism and destination services to luxury hotels.
With a focus on innovation and client satisfaction, they strive to elevate the standards of hospitality management in their industry, and they are looking for an Analyst to join their accounting and finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong working relationships with portfolio management team
• Preparation/review of company budgets, goals and forecasts
• Preparation/review of proforma financials for acquisition targets
• Ability to take a large amount of data and analysis and convert into a concise presentation to inform executives
• Analyze and monitor debt metrics including payment terms, financial covenants, and other restrictions
• Conduct industry research

Ideal Analyst:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, within the hospitality industry is preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting and P&L analysis
• Strong familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the principles and procedures of reliable data collection and recordkeeping
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all persons contacted during work
