Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking an Anti-Social Behaviour Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis. Please find below further details with regards to the position and the role.
ROLE: Litigation Lawyer
LOCATION: East London / Hybrid working
RATE: £35.00 to £40.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 3 months with possibility of extension
Please note that this would require office attendance 2 days per week.
The Role of the Litigation Lawyer
To manage a challenging caseload of ASBO matters through to completion
You will be line managed by Senior Lawyers and supported by legal officers and paralegals in the team
To undertake advocacy in County and Magistrates Courts and TribunalsThe Person
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a current practising certificate
Experience in managing a caseload of ASBO matters through to completion would be essential
