Form of workOur client, an ambitious SME specialising in contract manufacturing of biologics in keen to recruit a talented scientist to support company services around antibody and immunoassay development projects.
The main duties include:
- Maintenance, scale-up of cell lines
- Transfection of cells
- Antibody/Protein purification
- Performing standard assays such as western blot, ELISA, etc
- Develop Immunoassays
- Working to GMP and ISO9001 standards.
The ideal candidate will be degree/PhD qualified in Biology, have strong data analysis skills, be motivated, highly organised and be interested in developing skills within cell culture, cell line cloning, protein/antibody development, molecular and Immunoassay development.
