Appliance Engineers (Laundry Equipment)

I’m delighted to be recruiting for experienced Field Service Engineers within the Laundry Equipment industry throughout Preston.

The role will involve travelling within your region to a variety of businesses such as Care Homes, Industrial sites, Hotels and Launderettes.

Applicants must have previous experience as a Field Service Engineer and it would be beneficial to have strong knowledge of leadings brands of commercial laundry machines including , Primus, Domus, MAG, Primer, Ipso / JLA, Girbau, Electrolux, Miele and others.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Fault finding and repairing commercial laundry equipment

• Maintaining and servicing commercial laundry equipment

• Installing commercial laundry equipment

• Identifying and fitting spare parts

• Liaising with service co-ordinators

• Providing technical support and site surveys

Required Skills:

• Experience servicing and repairing commercial laundry machines

• Good customer service and timekeeping skills

• Well organised with a good eye for attention to detail

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Gas safe commercial gas qualification (ACS, commercial / non-domestic, CCLNG1, CLE1)

• A flexible approach to overtime where required

Jobs will be allocated within your region however it may be necessary that you would be required to work away from your area.

Standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 0830 – 1700

An annual salary of up to £40,000 + Company Vehicle will be offered
