Application Development Manager

You well know that a great analyst follows their nose, asks the right questions and guides a business towards the right outcome (hopefully shelling out some of those requirements, necessities and requests along the way). You will know that a great analyst leads the business to the correct outcome by testing, probing and building consensus. You know they are the link between internal customers, 3rd party suppliers and the project team. You know they are key to the decisions for the business.

I am looking for our next Applications Development Manager to continue all the above work here at Vitacress.

You will have the opportunity to be the lead on all technical and analytical changes across the Vitacress group. You will be actively encouraged to share your expertise to aid proper process, resources and monitoring across our SDLC. You will be an integral part of decision making in our CAB board and a vital part of our DEVOPS procedures.

You enjoy leading a small, close-knit team and building personal relationships with those requiring support in building a business case for change. Ultimately your expertise is essential for the successful growth of our herb and salads products. They will not grow without you.

You will receive a competitive salary package of up to £75,000, plus bonus, 7.5% pension contributions and flexibility in base location either at our St Mary Bourne site near Andover or Runcton site near Chichester. There will be travel in this role to our farms and even to our sites in Europe.
