Job Description
- Provide technical assistance to application users.
- Diagnose and resolve application-related issues and challenges.
- Participate in application development projects.
- Ensure applications are updated and compliant with industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with the Technology team to implement new systems.
- Train users and create instruction manuals for applications.
- Monitor application performance regularly.
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Application Support Analyst' should have:
- An educational background in Information Technology or a related field.
- Knowledge in Application Support and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and software applications.
