This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Support Engineer with experience working with bespoke software to join a growing company in a highly varied and autonomous role.
This company provide Software solutions for public and private sector transport and have been established for over 20 years.
In this role you will provide Application Support to the company's customer base. This will occasionally require travelling to multiple sites in the area. You will troubleshoot applications, monitor and maintain system performance and adhere to strict SLAs.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT/Application support and must have experience working with bespoke/in-house software. You will also have a full UK Driving License and happy to travel to multiple sites. Any experience with Jira/Zendesk, SQL, AWS, ITIL and ISO27001 is desirable but not required.

The Role:
Provide Application Support to the company's customer base
Travel to multiple sites in the area to troubleshoot applications
