A Property Management company in Liverpool is on the lookout for an Applications Administrator to join their team. The working hours are Monday-Friday 9.30-5.30, salary is £24,000 per annum and there is the potential for an immediate start!
Reporting to the Office Manager, responsibilities will include:
-Data entry, transferring info from our applicants onto our primary computer system.
-Calling/receiving calls from applicants to assist with the applications process.
-Maintaining immaculate records to ensure compliance.
-Liaising with landlords and the Office Manager to resolve any queries.
-Any other duties as required.
This is an office-based role at our HQ in Kensington, Liverpool. The successful candidate will:
-have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
-have excellent attention to detail with the ability to complete a task and move on immediately.
-have the ability to identify potentially fraudulent/inaccurate submissions.
-have at least 2 lettings experience
-Must be willing to work in an environment with an office dog!
