More about your role
The Application Configuration team support and configure our Leisure Management suite of software solutions. These solutions include our Leisure Centres' front of house EPOS systems, access control, centralised Membership database along with customer centric online joining and booking solutions.
You will be the main point of contact for site users who require configuration changes to accommodate programme or price adjustments, in both a scheduled and ad-hoc manner, and assist the Application Configuration team in tasks to achieve projects.
This is a fixed term role until July 2025

You can demonstrate a high level of customer service experience to colleagues, stakeholders and our member and keeping a clear level of communication throughout.
We would be interested in hearing from candidates with a background in Data entry or strong administration skills, experience within the Leisure sector is desirable however not essential.
