Appointment Setter (Sales)

Salary £25-28k basic plus bonus (Monday to Friday NO weekends)

Hyde, Manchester

Job role and key responsibilities -

The successful individual will manage their own leads and desk, you will essentially be given free rein to enhance and develop the companies existing office support client base by self-generating high-quality leads to contact using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Google etc.

The aim is to create a strong pipeline of new clients to regularly touch base with, book appointments for their senior Account Manager to attend and close the sale.

We don't set unrealistic targets and KPIs - quality over quantity is our motto! so as long as quality of leads are high, the rest will look after itself.

Hard work is recognised here, you can expect to be rewarded with a generous bonus structure of 5% up to £5,000 and 10% for anything above.

Desired individual -

We are searching for a result driven individual, someone diligent, self-motivated, results driven, able to question information and take ownership with the ability to build rapport and create long-lasting relationships.

Background wise; we would prefer someone who is experienced in telesales, appointment bookings, outbound contact centres, office management sales, lead generating and account management.

It's important for the individual to be able to fit in well with the team, they are like a family here. Someone enthusastic with a genuine passion for sales who can get involved, openly speak their mind, have a laugh with the team but also knows when to complete and prioritise tasks.
