Your natural habitat as Appointment Setter it on the phone in a contact centre environment making appointments for the sales representatives to go and work their magic.

Making outbound calls to SMEs talking about your products and services is where you really come into your own.

As an Appointment Setter, you are someone who is competitive in your nature, if the person next to you has made 5 appointments that day you aren’t happy until you have made 10.

If you come from a business-to-business outbound sales environment, then you will feel at home here, as an Appointment Setter but you would also fit right in if you are working in a retail environment where you proactively and confidently target & approach your ideal client.
