We are looking for the newest addition to our team, a property marketing Operations Manager / Appointment Co-ordinator. This role will have working hours, Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30, and comprise of managing the company diary for staff, booking appointments for clients and PA to two directors. We will also require someone to complete outbound calls to generate leads and to become efficient in floorplan amendments and daily admin tasks across a number of departments within the business. Our ideal candidate will be someone with experience in a professional office environment, with a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities will also include a knowledge and curiosity about new and evolving software, such as task management systems. We are looking for someone proactive who can keep up to date with the quick pace of the industry. Estate agency experience would be beneficial.Salary would be negotiated on interview. Based out of out Lymm, Cheshire office.
