Appointments Maker / Appointments Setter

Our client is a leading innovator and provider of solar panel solutions, dedicated to promoting sustainable energy. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Appointments Setter to join their marketing team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach by securing our participation in key business events and marketing conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant business events, trade shows, and marketing conferences that align with our company's goals and target audience.
• Handle all aspects of event booking, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, and confirmation of details.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of event objectives with overall marketing strategies.
• Maintain a calendar of events and ensure timely preparation and logistics coordination.
• Establish and nurture relationships with event organizers, industry professionals, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing event materials, such as presentations, brochures, and promotional items.
• Follow up with event organizers post-event for feedback and future engagement opportunities.
• Keep detailed records of all communications and transactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, events, and networking opportunities.
• Report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Appointments Setter, event coordinator, or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to negotiate and secure favorable terms for event participation.
• High level of professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
