Servoca Nursing and Care is recruitment agency for healthcare professionals, providing temporary roles for nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers throughout the UK.
The company is now seeking an Apprentice Branch Administrator to provide a professional and efficient support service to the Servoca Nursing and Care Hertfordshire team. The successful candidate will be enrolled on a Level 3 Business Administration course with a government approved training provider to assist in developing their skills and knowledge of the role.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Placing job adverts online, monitoring responses and assess candidate suitability.
- Maintaining and growing a database of registered candidates
- Organising candidate interviews
- Gathering candidate compliance documentation to ensure registered candidates are fully cleared in accordance with Company standards.
- Ensuring work and apprenticeship timescales are met.
The team are hardworking, passionate about what they do and agile to the needs of the business and we need our Apprentice Branch Administrator to be driven by those same principles.
Requirements include:
- Good general education with grades A or B in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- Good administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, can do attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, commercial environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and polite manner
- Have a strong team work ethic, with the willingness to get stuck in
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and flexible as to the needs of the business
