Apprentice Builder

Job Summary:
We are seeking a apprentice to join our team. The apprentice will be responsible for helping and learning to repairing, and renovating structures according to blueprints or specific instructions. Our work load ahead consist of mainly loft conversions and extensions but we handle a high level of maintenance as well. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic in learning various construction tasks and be proficient in learning in a fast paced setting using a variety of tools and techniques.

Duties:
- Perform a range of construction tasks including , painting, masonry, carpentry, electrical work, roofing, plastering, plumbing, and fabrication/structural works
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely to complete projects.
- learn to read construction plans accurately.
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and within deadlines, with the aim to constantly improve yourself and learn.
