We are looking to increase our long-term Recruitment sales activity with the appointment of an Apprentice Business Development Consultant.
The Role
As an Apprentice Business Development Consultant, you will learn how the Recruitment industry works and how this impacts on the various roles within a busy Recruitment office.
You will also learn how to identify potential Recruitment sales leads from our contacts and customers and how to act upon these.
You will receive full training on identifying and contacting key decision makers within companies and how to build long term relationships with them, both in terms of new and existing business.
You will also be fully prepared for client sales meetings at wide range of local companies to secure new sales opportunities.
This role will be supported by a relevant Apprenticeship and will lead to a full time permanent role with excellent salary and bonus opportunities.
What we are looking for
Interested applicants should be confident and enthusiastic characters with a flexible attitude, who are keen to develop a career within sales and Business Development. A high level of computer literacy and excellent communication skills are also required. A full driving licence would be preferred, but not essential.
