You'll learn. You'll gain skills. You'll explore our business and our sectors having real control over where you go and what you experience next. And you'll do it all as part of a busy community of Apprentices, Year in Industry students and Graduates.

What you'll be doing

  • Undertake maintenance and improvement work as required including reactive maintenance, office refurbishment and general building works.

    • Complete works in accordance with specifications and in compliance with the relevant Legislation and industry best practice.
    • Complete and sign off worksheets, time sheets, vehicle inspection forms, warning notices and any other forms as required by the Supervisor.
    • Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and Health and Safety procedures as required.
    • Responsible for the care and condition of all vehicles, plant tools and equipment issued to or used by the post holder.
    • Provide general support and assistance to the FM team

  • Ideally hold a full UK drivers’ licence at the time of joining
  • Eligibility to work and live in the UK at the time of joining
