Apprentice Chef
We are currently recruiting for a trainee Apprentice Chef who has a genuine passion for food, at our family owned restaurant near Malvern. We have a reputation for quality cuisine and have held, for the past six years, a coveted Michelin Bib Gourmand.
If you are keen to embark on a career to become a dynamic chef and want to learn classic cookery skills, from the best, all produced from fresh produce, then we are eager to talk to you.
As an apprentice, you will be nurtured by the head chef and will work in all areas of food preparation on each section within the kitchen. You will also learn about all aspects of health and safety required which is an essential element of the restaurant sector.
In return you will receive an excellent salary, be enrolled on a level 2 apprenticeship to allow you to become a fully trained chef. The position is over a 4 day week and stylish on site accommodation can be included in the package if required.
