Job description

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing young company with an innovative approach to delivering Skills Support Training and Apprenticeships development programmes.

Working as part of the compliance team, reporting to the Compliance Manager, the main purpose of the role is to maintain learner data efficiently onto the learner record system, assist the compliance team with administrative duties.

The compliance team is responsible for many of the administrative processes associated with learners, including enrolment, attendance records, examinations and certification.

Main Duties

  • Preparation of learner paperwork
  • To process learner related data into MIS System from source documentation
  • To use and maintain effective processes for the storage of electronic and paper records in order to ensure that records are easily retrievable
  • Process learner information and data as required
  • Maintain the integrity of all learner data in line with Data Protection requirements at all times
  • Other general admin duties as required

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer care with the ability to maintain this during pressurised periods of work
  • Ability to work in a team and establish good working relationships with others

Benefits

This is an apprenticeship opportunity, with the successful applicant working towards gaining the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard upon completion of their course.

The rate of pay is £7.21 per hour.

25 days annual leave, plus statutory entitlement.
