Bi-Slique are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Office Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service which wil take approximately 17 months to complete.
Duties:
• Daily stock reports for customers
• Extract reports off the system using Excel
• Processing orders
• Checking orders/chasing payments
• Print invoices
• Handle customer queries
• Deal with customer issues/complaints and resolve them to the best of your ability
• Taking calls, making calls
• Using emails inbound and outbound
• Keeping systems to up to date to ensure there is a track record of orders
• General administrative duties
• Pro active duties to ensure customers are up to date with all deliveries
Requirements:
• Willingness to learn
• Must be confident using the telephone
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• It would be beneficial if the applicant can drive due to the location of office.
• Friendly and approachable
• Good sense of humour
• Team working in a small team
• Able to use own initiative and work alone
Grades:
No formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:30-4:00pm / 30 mins lunch / 30 hours per week
