The role
Location: Manchester
Working within a dynamic Data Science and Analytics team, the role is a new requirement to an expanding team. The Data Analyst Apprentice is responsible for collecting and analysing data to identify trends and patterns that inform future business decisions. They work closely with various teams to establish performance metrics, create reports and dashboards, and communicate findings to help guide business decisions and strategies.
What will you be doing?
Collect and analyse data from various sources to provide insights into business performance.
Clean, transform, and structure data for accurate and consistent reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for key stakeholders.
Collaborate with departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
What are we looking for?
A-levels or equivalent qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Data Visualization (in particular Power BI) (Preferable)
Programming experience in other languages such as R and Python
