Apprentice Hairdresser Michaels Hair And Beauty

Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling assistance to clients. Supporting the stylist colouring, and styling
- Communicate effectively with Staff members and clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments

- Commitment to the training programme. 1 day a week. Salon duties 4 days a week.

- NVQ qualification level 2/3 hairdressing

Skills:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients
- Upselling abilities to promote salon products and services to clients
