Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early childhood education and childcare while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
- Support the Nursery Practitioners in implementing educational activities and programs
- Engage with children in play and learning activities
- Assist with meal times, nappy changes, and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery
- Observe and record children's development progress
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being of all children
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage and drive tasks efficiently
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written
- Interest in nursery and early childhood education
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- Strong leadership skills to engage with children effectively
