Working under the direction of the PMO System Administrator to develop skills to: Provide diary management & meeting organisation for the Trust PMO team and Key Improvement Teams. Deal with enquiries referring on as appropriate. Provide configuration management for documentation within the PMO. Assist with the preparation of documents for meetings and training events, photocopying, collating and distributing. Compile Reports for programme meetings. Attend meetings and subsequently produce & distribute notes and actions. Maintain the PMO system and produce simple reports. Provide ad hoc admin support to projects where deemed necessary. Provide admin for the PMO training programmes. Progress to more complex PMO duties to aid personal development and potential career opportunities.
