Pipers Restaurant in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Production Chef. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Catering and Hospitality qualification which will take approximately 16 month to complete.
Duties:
• Working under an established team of chefs and kitchen staff.
• Starting the day preparing vegetables after knife work training provided.
• Involved in all aspects of kitchen work, supporting colleagues and building knowledge.
• Cooking and preparing dishes from fresh, including sauces and soups.
• Preparation and putting together starters, lunchtime menu and eventually supporting in the cooking of all dishes on the menu.

Hours:
5 days out of 7 earliest start 10:00am latest finish 10:30pm / 1 hours unpaid lunch / 40 Hours per week
