Job description

The Flying High Partnership is looking to appoint an Apprentice Project Assistant to join our Central Team. You will form part of an established central administration team to deliver an effective and high-quality administration service. Our central team consists of multiple disciplines, including Education, HR, Operations and Finance. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for every child.

If you possess a strong work ethic, a hunger for knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth, we invite you to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey with us.Your core duties will include:Assist project managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities.Provide general administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.Assist in Data entry into Customer Management Systems (CMS)Assist in creating data reports for stakeholders and the Department of EducationAssist with basic financial management tasks, including invoices and purchase ordersProvide support in organising and supporting events hosted by the PartnershipSupport meetings, booking venues, arranging refreshments, and sending invitations / joining instructions.We are looking for someone who:Has excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.Demonstrates enthusiasm, integrity, and professionalism.Is a team player.Has an eye for detail.We can offer you:Level 3 diploma in Business Administration Qualification.18 month contract with a view to be permanent.Hybrid working from our central office at Chilwell, schools and home.
