Apprentice Telesales Executive

Evalu-8 Software Ltd provide Human Resources and Health & Safety software and are growing from strength to strength. We have a fantastic product with lots of unique selling points – we are now looking for the right people to join our first Sales Academy and lead the charge on customer acquisition. Based at our office in Oldham, your role will involve speaking to businesses via the telephone to identify a need to book online demonstrations with those that would like to see it in action. This is an excellent role for the right candidate to kick start your sales career where you will be coached by an award winning trainer and given the time and resources to hone your sales skills. To succeed in this role you must have a positive attitude, willing to work hard, with an outgoing personality and be a confident communicator You will have the opportunity to grow with the company and develop your career to meet your own aspirations. No day will be the same but the types of activities that will form part of your job: Making cold calls from our database of businesses, identify the correct decision maker.
Asking open questions, listening carefully to the response, in order to identify a need.
Match their needs with the various benefits of the system and encourage them to take part in an online demonstration.
Learning about all aspects of sales.
Obtain a qualification, whilst gaining experience.
Working towards targets, for which you will be paid an additional bonus after a qualifying period. To be successful in this role you will need: Good listening skills.
Willingness to cold call from our database, to open doors.
Tenacity – the desire to keep going even when having a bad day.
Ability to ask the right questions and stay in control.
An honest, positive, friendly and consultative approach to sales.
Well informed –following initial training on the product, you will need to understand the product and our target market.
Creativity – whilst we provide data you are also encouraged to think outside the box to generate demonstration leads.
Good communications skills, as you will be working as part of a team and will be communicating directly with our customers. OK, here is the interesting bit… Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Unlimited commission (50% of revenue generated) after a qualifying period
Profit share scheme, after a qualifying period
24 days leave, plus bank holidays, plus your birthday, plus the equivalent of an extra day to take in hourly chunks for personal reasons.
