Starting Salary - £17,550.00 per annum

Increasing to - £19,743.75 per annum, halfway through the programme (provided all targets met)

Increasing to - £21,937.50 per annum, on completion of programme (with all targets met)

An apprenticeship is an opportunity to work and study at the same time, so If you are over the age of 18 and want the chance to achieve a level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care and start a career supporting vulnerable Young People , our apprenticeship opportunity could be just what you are looking for.

No experience required just your commitment and willingness to work hard, learn new skills and gain the knowledge necessary to support vulnerable Young People.

About Us

We provide support services in Birmingham for 45 young people for up to 2 years to enable them to live in our self-contained supported accommodation and gain the skills and knowledge necessary to live independently.

The Group consists of;

• Trident Housing, which provides landlord services for the Group in respect of housing management and maintenance
• Trident Reach, which is a registered care and support charity delivering person-centred care and support services. These services include supporting people within registered care, domiciliary care, people with learning difficulties, those with mental health needs, young people at risk, older people, BME groups, people at risk of being homeless, those seeking employability, education and training opportunities and those fleeing domestic abuse.
