The Opportunity:

In this role, you would support student recruitment and administration for apprenticeships. You would also be focusing on the onboarding of high calibre students, and will be responsible for promoting Arden’s values, and the learner experience as you guide all new prospects through the application, enrolment, and study processes.
About You:
You will need to have a Level 3 qualification (A level. access to higher education diploma. advanced apprenticeship) plus relevant experience in an admin role. We are also looking for someone with proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and web applications, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You will also be able to demonstrate your interpersonal finesse, ability to empathise, and knack for managing expectations at all levels. Leverage your problem-solving initiative and handle sensitive information with ease. Prioritise deadlines in dynamic environments, all while maintaining the highest standards for conduct and output.
