Job Description:

Being a Cosworth Apprentice means far more than studying towards a qualification. As you learn your craft and develop your skills, you will be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects with some of the industry’s most prestigious brands.

The full apprenticeship framework will include:

• NVQ3 Extended Diploma in a relevant skills area.
• Study towards a Level 3 Technical Certificate.
• Personal learning and critical thinking skills.
• Functional skills (Maths, English and ICT).
• Employment rights and responsibilities, gaining practical experience of the industry.

We have apprenticeship opportunities covering multiple disciplines such as:

• Engine Build
• Engine Test
• Electronics
• Stores
• Metrology

During your apprenticeship program, you will gain exposure within various departments, such as:

• Manufacturing Processes
• Engine Assembly
• Engine Testing
• Designing of Components
• Metrology and Inspection

Please note, regular travel to college will be required as part of your apprenticeship.

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking individuals aged 16 and older, who possess the following qualifications and personal qualities.

• 4 GCSE’s at grade 5 or higher, including Maths, English and Science.
• Attention to detail.
• Logical thinking.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Driven and motivated.
• Eagerness to learn.
